needs. To achieve our standards of production, certain cut-off times apply for new orders.
On occasion we may be able to make exceptions, so please call us if you have an emergency
need. We'll do everything in our power to make your next presentation a timely success!

Shipping: We ship all orders via FedEx and every package is tracked by our shipping department to ensure on-time delivery.

Choose the Size, Quantity, Paper Finish,
and Mounting Material.

Sizes: We can print any size up to 48" by 36". Don't worry about specifying height or width; we'll match to the orientation to your file.
Quantity: Select how many signs you need at this size and with this finish and mounting material. You can add additional configurations as separate line items. Provide the details for the first line item, add to cart, and then you can add more line items.
Finish: Our standard finish is a 45lb matte paper printed at high resolution using eco-friendly soy-based inks. We also have a durable 7 mil photo glossy paper which is ideal to make your graphics and colors really pop. For long term display, select our popular gloss laminate or our anti-glare matte laminate, and we'll print using UV-stable fade-resistant inks that will last for years. You can even write on the gloss lamination with a dry erase marker!
Mounting Material: Foamcore is the economical choice for signs that will only be in use for a short while. Available in white only.
Gatorboard is a polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of veneer. It's a heavy duty yet versatile foam board that won't warp, resists dents, and will last for years. Specify white or black in the Special Instructions.
Sintra is a lightweight yet rigid PVC board with a low gloss matte finish. It has superior dent and scratch resistance and is excellent for outdoor use. Specify white or black in the Special Instructions.

Genigraphics is the recognized leader in printing from PowerPoint. Our process ensures that your print will precisely match the layout of your file.
We are also experts at printing from Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PDF, Quark Express, Corel Draw, Microsoft Publisher, and just about any graphics format imaginable. When sending PDF's save as high resolution CMYK format. For newer Adobe applications, convert text to outlines and save as press quality PDF. Embed images and any unusual fonts or send the font file as an additional attachment.
For handouts, we typically print your poster file to scale. Sometimes an abbreviated version with just text and a few graphics may be more practical. A Word document would be fine for that purpose.
