POSTER SESSION SCHEDULE

Poster sessions will be held in the Virtual Conference.
All times are listed for Central time zone.

Posters will be available for viewing online beginning on 09 September 2021.

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

These templates are sized for online viewing, but any size is acceptable.
AUDIO FILES of up to 5 minutes in length can also be attached, but this is OPTIONAL. File formats accepted: mp3, wav, ogg, m4a.
VIDEO: To include an OPTIONAL video, include a URL hyperlink in your poster's text.
Files should be no more than 5MB in size.
Poster files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format. Fonts other than standard Windows TrueType must be embedded in the file.
The poster must contain the Title, Author, and Affiliations.

In Internet Explorer select "Save As", in Firefox select "Save File", and in Safari or Google Chrome the file will save to your /downloads folder.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

DEADLINE IN

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes. The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Wednesday, September 8, 2021.

The ePoster submissions have closed. The deadline was 8 PM Central Time on Tuesday, September 7, 2021
ePoster Files can not be changed but printing can still be ordered before 1 PM Central Time on Monday, September 7, 2020
