POSTER SESSION SCHEDULE

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

Posters should be no larger than 48-inches high and 77-inches wide (120 cm high by 240 cm wide)
Trials in Progress Abstracts: no larger than 42-inches high and 36-inches wide (half size posters since there will be 2 on each side of the board)
Regular Abstract posters should be LANDSCAPE (horizontal). Trials in Progress Abstract posters: PORTRAIT (vertical) is preferred
You are strongly encouraged to use a font size greater than 22 pt (or 3/8" high when printed).
Please clearly print one email address on your poster for attendees to refer to should they have any questions or comments at a time when you are not standing with your poster.
A QR code that links to the original poster/slide deck may only do so on the ASCO Meeting site.
QR codes should not link out to the full text of the abstract without prior permission from ASCO.
QR codes may not link to copies of the audio/video presentation.
QR codes cannot link to websites with advertisements or for-profit company branding or logos. This includes for-profit company names in the URL.
