POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- No larger than 6 ft wide x 3 1/2 ft tall (72 in. x 42 in)
- We recommend that you bring 50 copies of your presentation to hand out to interested viewers. Make sure your name, address and email are on the paper.
- Font Size - should be as large as possible and should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 ft.
- Posters will be presented on freestanding corkboard easels. Each board is 4 X 6 feet and stands approximately 3 feet off the ground. These are the poster easels most often seen at other conferences.
