Coaquina North Ballroom.
Presenting Authors must be at their posters during the
"Meet the Authors" Presentations.

POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES |
If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.
- Posters must be no larger than 44" high by 44" wide.
- Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet.
- Files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes.
The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Wednesday, January 22, 2025 and will remain online as part of the permanent archive.
- Files must be submitted no later than 1 PM Central Time on Thursday, January 9, 2025
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format is highly preferred. Files may also be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) file format.
- Any non-standard fonts must be embedded within the file.
