POSTER FORMAT REQUIREMENTS & FREE POWERPOINT TEMPLATES

If you already have a poster template that you would like to use, please confirm that your poster meets these guidelines. Otherwise, you may want to start with one of the pre-formatted Poster Templates below.

Poster files must be set to 24" tall by 48" wide.
A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet.
Files must be in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format.
Files should be no more than 5MB in size.

ePOSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS

DEADLINE IN

All Poster Presenters are required to upload their files for the online ePoster session. Participation is free and the process only takes a few minutes. The ePosters will be available for viewing beginning Friday, September 13, 2019.

The ePoster submissions have closed. The deadline was 6 PM Central Time on Friday, September 13, 2019
ePoster Files can not be changed but printing can still be ordered before 1 PM Central Time on Wednesday, September 18, 2019
